Day 1: Exploring Encamp

Welcome to Encamp! Today, you’ll have the chance to explore the city and familiarize yourself with its charming streets. Start your day by taking a stroll through the town center, which is known for its numerous souvenir shops and small cafes. While you’re walking around, make sure to check out the charming stone houses that are characteristic of Encamp’s mountainous setting. Stop by the church of Sant Romà, a beautiful landmark that stands out with its elegant architecture.

Later, take the funicular up to the Funicamp ski resort, where you can enjoy stunning views from one of the highest points in the city. Enjoy the beautiful scenery as you relax in the restaurant with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate.

Day 2: The capital city of Andorra la Vella

Today, set out on a day trip to the capital city, Andorra la Vella, which is located just 20 minutes away by bus. Andorra la Vella is known for its charming Old Town, but also plenty of high-end shopping. Check out the fashionable boutiques and designer stores that line the city’s boulevards, or visit the malls that offer a wide selection of clothing, perfumes, electronics, and jewelry.

After a busy shopping day, head to the Caldea thermal spa complex, where you can rest and rejuvenate. The Caldea center has indoor and outdoor lagoons, Jacuzzis, saunas, Turkish baths, and many other facilities, which offer a perfect way to end the day.

Day 3: Skiing or snowboarding

Encamp is renowned for its ski slopes, so why not hit the snow today? Take a ride to the Grandvalira ski resort, one of the largest in Europe, and choose between different slopes based on your skill level. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, the slopes are prepared to meet everyone’s needs.

For lunch, enjoy the traditional Andorran cuisine at one of the many mountain restaurants, where you can indulge in hearty meat dishes such as Escudella or Trinxat.

Day 4: Hiking

Today, take a break from skiing and explore the natural scenery around Encamp. Head to the Mirador del Roc del Quer viewpoint, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the valley below. Afterward, take a hike through the gorgeous countryside, which is full of highlights such as the Ruta del Ferro, an ancient railway line running through the woods.

In the afternoon, take a trip to the Artalroc historical museum, which hosts an impressive collection of artifacts that showcase Andorra’s rich and ancient history.

Day 5: Exploring the Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley

Today, explore the breathtaking Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Andorra’s most picturesque areas. The valley is a popular spot for hiking, so for a true adventure, take a guided hike through the beautiful rugged terrain. Alternatively, rent a mountain bike, and take a ride through the valley to enjoy the stunning views.

In the afternoon, visit the Romanesque Sant Martí de la Cortinada church and enjoy the beautiful artwork and stained glass windows.

Day 6: Mountain biking and nightlife

Today, rent a mountain bike for another enthralling day of adventure. Encamp has plenty of scenic bike trails that are suitable for all levels of bikers. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cyclist, you’ll have plenty of stunning trails to choose from. Spend the afternoon exploring the trails, taking in the beautiful mountain scenery and exhilarating climate.

As the sun sets, head out to a local bar or club for some well-deserved nightlife. Encamp has many bars, clubs, and restaurants that are guaranteed to keep you entertained into the early hours of the morning.

Day 7: Departure day
