Trip to Jolly Harbour, Antigua and Barbuda

Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation

After arriving at the airport and settling into your accommodation in Jolly Harbour, take some time to unwind and discover your beautiful surroundings. Day 3: Shirley’s Heights Lookout & Nelson’s Dockyard

Begin the day with a visit to the Shirley Heights Lookout for panoramic views of English Harbour. The lookout is located at the southern point of Antigua, and offers unparalleled views of the island and its waters, as well as a great place for amateur photography.

Next head down to Nelson’s Dockyard, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the greatest attractions on the island. Day 4: Half Moon Bay Beach & Long Bay Beach Club

Drive out to Half Moon Bay Beach on the south-eastern side of the island, where the long crescent-shaped beach is picture-perfect and the water is crystal-clear. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and strolling along the soft sandy shoreline admiring the bluffs in the distance. Once finished, head over to Long Bay Beach Club for a laid-back lunch with some of the freshest seafood on the island.

In the evening, why not try your luck at the casino in Jolly Harbor? The casino typically features a good range of slot machines, live card games and roulette tables, as well as a complimentary bar service so you can have a drink while you play.

Day 5: Wallings Nature Reserve & Rainforest Canopy Tour

Wallings Nature Reserve is an ecological reserve on Antigua’s North Coast. The Reserve is home to over 30 bird species, such as the Antigua blackbird and the brillantly colored hummingbird, as well as lizards and large butterflies. Day 6: Barbuda Day Trip

Take an adventurous day trip to Barbuda nearby and explore the stunning beaches and quaint villages of this tranquil island, which is home to the Frigate Bird Sanctuary and miles of secluded pink-sand beaches. You can take a catamaran, private charter or helicopter to and from this island with a few tour company options to suit your budget.

Day 7: Departure

After a wonderful week of relaxation and adventure, it’s time to say goodbye to Jolly Harbour, Antigua and Barbuda. Return your rental car to the airport and enjoy your flight home, knowing you’ve had an unforgettable vacation.
