Trip to Crane Beach, Barbados

Day 1: Arrival and Beach Day

You will arrive in Barbados at the Grantley Adams International Airport where you’ll be picked up by a private transfer to your hotel. After checking in, spend the day relaxing at the Crane Beach. This is an ideal destination for watersports lovers with opportunities for surfing, paddleboarding, and snorkeling. The white sand and clear waters are the perfect backdrop for pictures that will last a lifetime. In the evening, visit the Cutters Deli for an affordable yet delicious meal consisting of sandwiches, burgers, cakes, and drinks.

Day 2: Explore Bridgetown and Mount Gay Rum Distillery

Start your day with a visit to Bridgetown, the capital city of Barbados. Visit the Parliament Buildings, one of the oldest government buildings in the Western Hemisphere, then move to the fish market to taste some of the freshest seafood in Barbados. In the afternoon, take a short drive through to the 17th-century Mount Gay Rum Distillery, which is the oldest rum distillery in the world. Take a tour of the distillery, and taste-test the different flavors of rum.

Day 3: Adventure Day

Today you will appreciate the beauty of Barbados and its adventurous sites with a visit to Harrison’s Cave. This is a breathtaking underground world filled with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites, streams, waterfalls, and pools. After the cave visit, head down to the coast, where you can see turtles nestled along the shoreline. In the afternoon, take the plunge and jet ski over the Caribbean Sea.

Day 4: Queen’s Park

Visit the Queen’s Park, which is one of the most popular green spaces on the island. This 6-acre park has well-manicured lawns, scenic walkways, and a stunning tropical ambiance. The park also has a museum displaying local history with military memorabilia from the first and second World Wars. In the afternoon, take a shopping tour of the island’s capital city of Bridgetown, stopping at Lime Grove, an outdoor mall filled with familiar stores.

Day 5: Catamaran Cruise & Swimming with the Sea Turtles

Take a catamaran cruise for a peaceful day out on the Caribbean Sea. You will sail toward the island’s west coast, one of Barbados’ most beautiful shorelines. The cruise includes lunch and drinks, and you’ll have a chance to swim with the sea turtles in Carlisle Bay. Spend the afternoon lounging on the boats deck or jumping into the sea for some fun water activities.

Day 6: Explore the East Coast

Take a day to explore the East Coast which is lesser-known but equally beautiful. Visit the Andromeda Botanic Gardens, where you can admire the exotic plants and watch the occasional monkey leaping from tree to tree. Afterward, take a scenic drive along the coast to Bathsheba, one of the most famous areas on the island for surfers. If you feel like testing your skills on the waves, rent a board and take off.

Day 7: Departure Day

Sadly, it is time to say goodbye to Barbados, your home for the past week. After checking out of the hotel, we will transfer you to the airport for your flight back. On the way, if the time permits, we can visit Frostee’s Ice Cream for a quick dessert before reaching the airport.
