Day 1: Arrival and Hotel Check-in
Welcome to Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina! Upon arrival at the airport, you will be picked up by a private transfer and taken to your hotel. Day 2: Vranduk Fortress and the Steel River
Start your day with a visit to the Vranduk Fortress, a 14th-century castle located near the town of Zenica. Day 3: Bobovac and Visoko Pyramids
Spend your third day visiting the historic town of Bobovac, the former capital of the medieval Bosnian Kingdom. Afterward, head to the nearby town of Visoko to see the Visoko Pyramids, controversial archeological sites believed by some to be older than the Egyptian Pyramids.
Day 4: Zenica Nightlife and Shopping
On your fourth day, explore Zenica’s nightlife scene. Visit the local bars and nightclubs while sipping on the famous Bosnian rakija or beer. If you’re looking to do some shopping during the day, head to the city center and visit the Džananovića Bazaar, the largest marketplace in the city, where you can find all sorts of items such as clothing, jewelry, and souvenirs.
Day 5: Hiking in the surrounding mountains
Take a break from the city on your fifth day and head to the surrounding mountains for a hike. The nearby mountains of Vlašić and Bjelašnica are popular hiking spots with stunning views of the valleys below. You can also try skiing or snowboarding in the winter.
Day 6: Tuzla Day Trip
Take a day trip to the nearby city of Tuzla, the third-largest city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Visit the Pannonica salt lakes or Tuzla City Park before hitting the Tuzla Bazaar, a traditional marketplace famous for its handmade crafts.
Day 7: Departure Day
