Day 1: Arrival
Upon arrival at the Owen Roberts International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Bodden Town, where you can check in and freshen up after your long flight. Relax by the pool/sea, take a stroll, or have a meal at the hotel’s restaurant.
Day 2: Georgetown City Tour
Today’s activity is a tour of Georgetown City, the capital of the Cayman Islands. The tour will take you to some of the city’s most famous tourist destinations, including the National Museum, Pedro St. James Castle, and Seven Mile Beach, which is considered one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. You’ll also get to visit the local market to experience the vibrant atmosphere and pick up some souvenirs.
Day 3: Snorkeling Adventure
Kick off the day with a snorkeling adventure around Stingray City, which is located near the barrier reef where you may see different kinds of tropical fish, coral formations and other marine life. Your guide will take you on a short boat ride to the stunning sandbar where hundreds of stingrays gather and you’ll be able to snorkel alongside these friendly creatures. After the adventure, you can take a picnic and relax on the soft sand of Rum Point where you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the sea.
Day 4: Shopping Day
Explore Bodden Town and take a stroll through the local shops and markets. The area is filled with many arts and crafts shops that specialize in unique souvenirs. While you are here take the opportunity to taste some of the local delicacies and tropical drinks.
Day 5: Rum Tasting
A rum tasting experience is the perfect afternoon activity and today’s your chance to try some of the best rums the Cayman Islands has to offer. Your guide will take you to a variety of local distilleries where you will have the opportunity to sample different types of rum whilst learning about the history and process of rum production on the Islands.
Day 6: Bioluminescent Bay
End your Cayman Islands trip with a magical night of adventure by kayaking through the bioluminescent bay. At night the water comes alive with millions of microscopic plankton that glow in the dark, creating a magical, surreal experience. You’ll be able to kayak through the bay and enjoy the stunning natural light show. This is truly an unforgettable experience that you don’t want to miss.
Day 7: Departure
On your final day in Bodden Town, take it easy with some relaxation time on the white, sandy beaches before being transferred to the airport for your trip back home.
