Day 1: Arrival and Nile River Cruise

Today marks the beginning of your seven-day exploration of Luxor, Egypt. You will be greeted by our team at Luxor International Airport who will transfer you to your luxury accommodation where you will check in and relax from your journey. After freshening up, brace yourself for an exhilarating Nile River Cruise which will take you to the west bank. The views of Luxor Temple and historical sites will make you understand the glory of the ancient Egyptian civilization.

Day 2: Visit the West Bank

Today, you will begin with a full-day exploration of the West Bank, where you will have the opportunity to visit many ancient Egyptian sites, including Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Deir El-Medina or the workers’ village, and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. You will return to your hotel in the evening where you can relax by the pool or take a spa treatment.

Day 3: Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple

After breakfast, you will visit the famous Luxor Temple, which is situated right in the heart of the city. You will explore the stunning Temple of Karnak which is one of the greatest architectural achievements of the ancient world, and then spend some time walking around the Avenue of Sphinxes. With their sheer size and glowing history, these temples are sure to take your breath away.

Day 4: Abydos and Dendera Temples

Today, you will enjoy a full-day trip to Abydos and Dendera Temples, located outside of Luxor. Abydos is a significant archeological site best known for its paintings and temple, while Dendera Temple is home to some of the most beautiful and well-preserved decorations in Egyptian history. You can take some stunning photos, have lunch and relax in an oasis on the way back.

Day 5: Luxor at Leisure

Take advantage of today to tour Luxor at leisure. We can recommend a visit to the local markets to experience the bustling vibes of the city or perhaps a local boat ride on the Nile. There are a plethora of restaurants, shops, and cafes in the vicinity where you can try out some of the local Egyptian cuisines or purchase souvenirs for the trip.

Day 6: Hot Air Balloon Ride and Felucca Ride

Today, you will experience a hot air balloon ride over the Luxor city and Nile River, which will give you an enchanting and momentous view of Luxor early in the morning. After that, enjoy a relaxing ride on a traditional Felucca sailing boat along the Nile River with panoramic views of Luxor. Watch the sunset on the Nile and get lost in the enchanting beauty of the Luxor city.

Day 7: Departure

It’s time to bid farewell to Luxor. After checking out from your hotel, our team will transfer you to Luxor International Airport, where you’ll board your return flight home. Your incredible journey has come to an end, but the memories of this ancient and beautiful land will last you a lifetime.
