Day 1: Arrival and Beach Swim
Upon arrival at Maurice Bishop International Airport, you will be picked up by our driver for transfer to your hotel. After checking in and freshening up, you can head to the nearby Levera Beach and dive into the pristine blue waters of the Caribbean. The beach is well-known for its natural beauty and virgin landscape that includes white sand, rustling palm trees, and crystal clear waters. You can also indulge in some beach volleyball, sunbathing, or simply relax while savoring the fresh ocean breeze.
Day 2: Spice Island Tour
Take a guided tour for a taste of Grenada’s culture and heritage and visit historic St. George’s, the capital city of Grenada. You can explore the scenic landscape in northern Grenada by visiting the top of Mt. Rich, the Gouyave Nutmeg Factories, Annandale Waterfalls, Carib’s Leap, and St. John’s Anglican Church. The tour will also provide historical and cultural insights of some of Grenada’s famous spices, nutmeg and cocoa, and the remarkable healing benefits of our plant life.
Day 3: Underwater Sculpture Park Visit
Today, you will be visiting one of the World’s first underwater sculpture parks in the heart of Molinere. You will observe the magical the world beneath the waves as you get lost in the artistic marine-scape. The sculptures are inspired by Grenada and reflect its natural and cultural heritage, inviting visitors to appreciate the marine life while interacting with the art. The guides will ensure that your snorkelling or diving experience will be one to remember.
Day 4: Grand Etang National Park
On the fourth day, indulge in the rugged hills and mountainous terrain as you’re hiking in the Grand Etang National Park. You can discover the refreshing rivers, spot some wildlife like Mona monkeys, armadillos or the occasional bat, along with admiring the majestic crater lake and the beauty of the verdant vegetation. You can rejuvenate your mind and body with the peaceful surroundings and tranquil scenery, where every corner offers breathtaking views.
Day 5: Fort Frederick and Market Visit
Visit Fort Frederick, one of Grenada’s iconic landmarks. The Fort has a fascinating history and is known for its strategic positioning above St. George’s Harbor, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of St. George’s and its neighbouring parishes. The Fort has recently undergone a major refurbishment program to preserve its cultural legacy for generations to come. In the afternoon, tourists can visit the Market Square to purchase some neat souvenirs, explore artisanal shops and immer yourself in the spirit of the local culture.
Day 6: St. George’s University
Visit one of the largest international medical schools in the Caribbean, St. George’s University. You can meet the experienced professors and immerse yourself in Grenadian culture. The University houses state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities, such as the anatomy lab, research institute, student residences and classrooms.
Day 7: Beach Day
Spend your last day enjoying the sun and the saltwater on Levera Beach. Consider renting gear for snorkelling or diving to enjoy the bright and beautiful reef just off the beach. You can take a guided paddle-boarding tour of the mangroves, stand up paddle boarding while enjoying the scenic beauty, observe the birds and other magnificent wildlife the mangroves has to offer. In the evening, you can mark the end of your trip by indulging yourself in the local nightlife and in one of the local bars, enjoy the latest music, traditional cocktails and make new friends in the process.
