Day 1: Arrival in Bekasi

Welcome to Bekasi! After your arrival at the airport, your private driver will transfer you to your hotel. We recommend checking into the Harris Hotel and Convention Bekasi, which is located in the heart of the city.

After settling into your hotel, spend a lazy afternoon exploring the nearby area. Take a stroll down Jalan Cut Mutiah, which is lined with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. This street is a great place to sample Indonesian cuisine, as it’s home to some of the best local eateries.

Day 2: Monas National Monument, Jakarta

Today, take a day trip to the capital city of Jakarta and visit the iconic Monas National Monument. This 433-foot tower is one of Jakarta’s most famous landmarks and provides breathtaking panoramic views of the city. From the tower, take a walk through Istiqlal Mosque, which is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia. The mosque has the capacity to hold over 200,000 worshippers.

After visiting the tower and mosque, make sure to spend some time shopping at Grand Indonesia Mall. You’ll find a wide array of local and international brands at this shopping center. End your day with an Indonesian-style dinner at the rooftop restaurant SKYE, which is located in the heart of Jakarta’s central business district.

Day 3: Kota Tua, Jakarta

Spend your day in the historic district of Kota Tua in the north of Jakarta. This area is reminiscent of Jakarta’s colonial past, with charming Dutch-era buildings and winding streets. Visit the Jakarta History Museum to learn more about the city’s past and take a walking tour of the area. Make sure to stop by Taman Fatahillah, a public square that’s surrounded by historic buildings and food vendors.

For dinner, visit Cafe Batavia which is housed in a 200-year-old building and is one of Jakarta’s most iconic restaurants. The restaurant is known for its signature cocktails and delicious Indonesian cuisine.

Day 4: Saung Angklung Udjo, Bandung

Today, take a day trip to Bandung to experience the Saung Angklung Udjo, a cultural performance that showcases traditional gamelan music, puppets, and dance. This unique performance is something you won’t want to miss.

After the Saung Angklung Udjo performance, spend some time exploring the beautiful tea plantations in Bandung. Take a leisurely stroll through the fields and sample some of the best tea in Indonesia.

Day 5: Bekasi Heritage Tour

Today is all about discovering the history of Bekasi and experiencing some of the city’s unique heritage sites. Start with a visit to the Kopi Keroncong Cikopi, a local coffee shop that is famous for its homemade keroncong music.

Next, explore the stunning Masjid Agung Al Azhar, a beautiful mosque that features amazing architecture and intricate designs.

Finish off your day at the Gantar Cultural Art Village, an open-air museum where you can see traditional Indonesian art being made by locals. Here you have the opportunity to learn about art forms such as batik printing, woodcarving, and painting.

Day 6: Pasar Tanah Abang, Jakarta

Today is all about shopping and exploring the largest textile market in Southeast Asia, Pasar Tanah Abang. Explore the numerous stalls that sell textiles, fabrics, and clothing from all over Indonesia. Here, you can find a variety of options at affordable prices.

For an evening of nightlife, head to the Kemang area, located in South Jakarta. Here you’ll find numerous bars and clubs that offer live music and dancing.

Day 7: Departure from Bekasi
