Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation

For lunch, head to Antica Focacceria San Francesco, a historic spot providing some of the best street food in town with an impressive range of Sicilian specialties on offer. In the evening, visit one of the many Wine Bars, famous for their extensive wine lists, and incredible selection of cheese boards.
Day 5: Museums and Art
Explore Palermo’s rich art scene by visiting the imposing Palace of the Normans, which houses the stunning Palatine Chapel. This chapel is famous for its Byzantine mosaics and is an excellent example of Norman architecture. Afterward, head to the Regional Archaeological Museum Antonio Salinas, which houses a vast collection of Sicily’s ancient archaeological art treasures. In the evening, head to the Cattedrale di Palermo Square and grab some street food from the local vendors.
Day 6: Thermal Baths and Relaxation
Spend your day relaxing at the Terme di Acireale, the Sicilian thermal resort, that offers various bathing options, including sulfuric, alkaline, chlorine, and hydrogen-sulfur-mud, all within an elegant and earthy environment. In the evening head back to Palermo and explore some of the nearby bars and clubs.
Day 7: Departure
Spend your last day in Palermo, however you please, whether visiting some of your favorite spots, seashores, or shopping centers or relaxing at your hotel. They say the best way to end your Palermo trip is by taking in an aerial view of the city, so you might want to make your way up to the Mount Pellegrino before your flight and take in a stunning view of the cityscape.
