Day 1: Arrival and Dotonbori
Upon your arrival at Kansai International Airport, you will transfer to your hotel to check-in and rest for a bit. After that, head over to Dotonbori, the most vibrant entertainment district in Osaka. Try the delicious food stalls and enjoy the lively atmosphere. See the famous running man sign and take the opportunity to snap a photo to remember your first day in Osaka.
Day 2: Osaka Castle and Shinsekai
Head over to Osaka Castle, one of the most iconic sights in Osaka. It’s a beautiful Japanese castle surrounded by a beautiful park. Explore the castle, its museum and gardens, and learn about its rich history. After visiting the castle, take a short subway ride to Shinsekai and experience walking along the nostalgic streets of the retro town. Enjoy the famous Kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) and visit the popular landmark, the Tsutenkaku Tower.
Day 3: Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan and Tempozan Ferris Wheel
Visit one of the world’s largest aquariums, the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. You can view various aquatic species that calls the Pacific Rim their home. You’ll also be able to see the famous whale shark swimming gracefully in the Pacific Ocean themed tank. After that, ride the Tempozan Ferris Wheel to see the great views of the bustling city.
Day 4: Explore Namba and Kuromon Markets
Explore the Namba district and get lost in its vibrant energy. Head to the Kuromon Market and satisfy your food cravings by indulging in fresh seafood and various delicacies. Enjoy shopping at Shinsaibashi and America-mura for unique Japanese fashion.
Day 5: Kyoto Day Trip
Take a day trip to Kyoto and explore Fushimi-Inari Taisha Shrine, Kinkaku-ji Temple, and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Experience the traditional beauty of Japan and appreciate Japanese architecture and scenic views. Enjoy traditional Japanese matcha tea while appreciating the calm and serene atmosphere that Kyoto offers.
Day 6: Universal Studios Japan
Take a day off from sightseeing to visit the Universal Studios Japan park. Have fun with your favorite Hollywood characters with various thrilling rides and live shows. With Harry Potter World also available, it’s a treat for both kids and adults.
Day 7: Spa World
