Trip to Serravalle, San Marino
Day 1: Arrival & A Scenic Drive
Today you will arrive at Rimini International Airport or Federico Fellini International Airport. After reaching Serravalle, check into your hotel and rest for a while. In the evening take a scenic drive through the charming town, admire the mountains and the beautiful countryside on your way to the nearby hilltop city of San Marino. Day 2: Visit Guaita Tower and Piazza della Libertà
Today head to Guaita, the most well-known of San Marino’s three towers, which stand high upon Mount Titano. The tower served as a prison during the medieval times but today it is a popular tourist attraction. You must climb to the top of the tower for an amazing panoramic view of the area. Once you’re done admiring the view, head down to Piazza della Libertà, a pleasant public square in San Marino. Relax, unwind and enjoy gelato or coffee while taking in the tranquil ambience of the town.
Day 3: Explore Castello di Montebello and Museums
Castello di Montebello is a tower located in the city of Borgo Maggiore, just 10 minutes’ drive from Serravalle. As you make your way to the tower, admire the scenic drive which is lined with olive groves and vineyards. Once you reach the tower, you can climb up to the top and enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding area. After that, head back into town to explore some of the museums like the State Museum of San Marino, the Wax Museum, and the quirky Museum of Vintage Cars.
Day 4: Designer Shopping
Today take advantage of visiting Serravalle Designer Outlet, featuring over top designer brands such as Michael Kors, Adidas, and Hugo Boss. The outlet is Europe’s second-largest outlet mall, and you can find almost everything from clothing and accessories to home furnishings.
Day 5: A Day at the Spa
