Trip to Mustique, St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Day 1: Arrival in Mustique
Upon arrival at the Mustique Airport, the beautiful scenery of the island will enchant you. You can arrange for a private transfer to your hotel or villa where you can check-in and relax. If you’d like to explore a bit on your first day, you can head to Macaroni Beach for a refreshing swim, or indulge in some retail therapy at the local boutiques. In the evening, you can head to the famous Basil’s Bar where you can sip on island cocktails and listen to live music.
Day 2: Boat day trip to Tobago Cays
On your second day, take a boat trip to the Tobago Cays, a marine park comprising of five deserted islands surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters. While there, marvel at the abundant sea life such as turtles, rays, and small reef fish. Snorkel among the coral reefs with the help of a guide or just relax on the beautiful white sandy beaches.
Day 3: Explore Mustique Island
On your third day, you can rent a golf cart or bicycle and explore the beautiful island of Mustique. Visit the Basil’s Bar and fish market as well as the stunning Macaroni Beach and the Cotton House Museum. You can also check out the local art galleries and studios, which offer a wide range of striking paintings and sculptures created by local artists.
Day 4: Scuba diving excursion
On day four, you can explore the crystal-clear waters around Mustique on a scuba diving excursion. Some of the popular dive locations include the coral reefs and underwater caves, where you can see exotic and colourful marine life. You can also opt for a guided snorkeling tour if scuba diving is not your preference.
Day 5: Beach day
Take a day to relax and enjoy the sun and sea on one of Mustique’s many beautiful beaches. You can opt for Palm Beach or Britannia Bay which provide excellent water sports activities such as paddleboards, banana boat rides, and kayaking. In the evening, you can enjoy a sunset cruise with champagne or rum punch.
Day 6: Island hopping
On your penultimate day, explore the neighboring islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines with a boat tour. Visit the picturesque islands of Bequia, Canouan, and Mayreau, each with their own unique famous landmarks and activities such as white sandy beaches, historical sites, and trendy bars and restaurants.
Day 7: Departure
On the final day, you could do some last-minute souvenir shopping in the morning or visit the vegetable market and purchase some locally grown fruits and vegetables before heading to the Mustique airport for your departure flight.
