Day 1: Arrival and Sightseeing

Day 2: Exploring the Canal and Parks

Afterwards, head to Ribersborg Beach, which is located close to the city center. Enjoy a relaxing day at one of the many beach bars or rent a bike to explore the coastal neighborhoods in the area.

Day 3: Shopping and Museum Day

Malmö is a great place for shopping and museum hopping. Start your day by visiting the Moderna Museet Malmö, which is one of Scandinavia’s leading contemporary art museums. After the museum, head to the shopping district, Möllevångstorget, which is full of trendy boutiques and independent stores. This area is also known for its great food choices, so grab a quick bite at one of the food markets or food trucks nearby.

Day 4: Malmö Castle and Folkets Park

Today, visit Malmö Castle, which is a massive fortress built in the 16th century and today houses several museums and art galleries. Afterwards, head to the Folkets Park, which is a green oasis in the middle of the city and is perfect for a picnic or relaxation. The park also offers various activities for all ages ranging from mini-golf to music festivals.

Day 5: Exploring the Malmo Öresund Region

Today, take a break from the city and explore the surrounding countryside and coast. Rent a car and head to the Öresund Bridge, which is a stunning engineering marvel that connects Sweden with Denmark. Cross the bridge and explore the idyllic Danish coast, with its charming towns and picturesque landscapes. Return to Malmö in the evening and enjoy a relaxing night in the city.

Day 6: Turning Torso and Malmö Live

Start your day by visiting the Turning Torso, which is Malmö’s iconic skyscraper and the tallest building in Scandinavia. Take a guided tour to learn more about the building’s unique design and the engineering marvels behind it. Afterward, head to Malmö Live, which is a versatile cultural arena that offers film screenings, concerts, and art exhibitions.

Day 7: Departure Day

It’s time to say goodbye to Malmö! Pack your bags and check out of your hotel. If time permits, consider visiting one of the many cafes or restaurants in the city for one last taste of Swedish cuisine before you leave. Take a taxi or public transport to the airport for your flight back home.
