This beautiful, man-made lake is surrounded by temples and famous landmarks such as the Spring and Autumn Pavilions. After the lake, you will take a stroll down the popular Liuhe Night Market. Here, you will enjoy local delicacies such as the famous oyster omelette, meat skewers, and bubble tea. After indulging in the night market, we recommend heading to the Xiziwan Scenic Area for a night view of the city.

Day 3: A Day at Cijin Island

No trip to Kaohsiung is complete without a visit to Cijin Island. Take an exclusive ferry ride to the island where you can take in amazing views of the city. Upon arrival, enjoy local seafood, bike rides, and a visit to the Cihou Fort. The fort is an important landmark that was once used to protect the city from invasions. Finish your day off with a visit to the Cijin Lighthouse for some stunning views of Kaohsiung Harbor.

Day 4: A Day Trip to Kenting
