Day 1: Arrival and Local Cuisine
Today is your arrival in Antalya, Turkey where you will be staying for the next 7 days. Once you have arrived and checked in to your hotel, take some time to rest and relax from your travel. Later, explore local cuisine from the Mediterranean, with freshly caught seafood and delicious kebabs as must-tries while also exploring the Turkish coffee and baklava pastry.
Day 2: Old Town Tour
Antalya’s historic old town can be explored on the second day of the trip.Take a walking tour through Antalya Old Town’s cobblestone streets, where you will be amazed at the ancient architecture and landmarks that have survived thousands of years. Kaleici old town is the jewel of Antalya, where you can view the ancient Hadrian’s Gate and marvel at the ancient ruins of the castle. Apart from the castle, you can discover the local shops filled with handcrafted items, local boutiques, and taste the local food from street vendors and markets dotted around the town.
Day 3: Boat Tour of Antalya Bay
From a different viewpoint, you can discover Antalya Bay by boat tour to see the crystal clear turquoise water while also soaking up the Mediterranean sun. From your boat, the cliffs of the Taurus Mountains and the Old Town’s red roofs will look stunningly beautiful. You will also have the opportunity to take a swim and snorkeling in the cool waters.
Day 4: Day Trip to Aspendos and Perge
On the fourth day, take a day trip to Aspendos and Perge to explore ancient ruins of the Greco-Roman Empire. You can see the well-preserved Aspendos ancient amphitheater and walk around the historical city of Perge, two of the oldest and most well-preserved archaeological sites in Turkey.
Day 5: Düden Waterfalls and Beach Day
Today, take a walk to the famous Düden Waterfalls, a stunning natural park area. Walk through the lush green scenery and take in the waterfall that crashes into the base of the Mediterranean Sea. After you’ve had a swim in the waterfall, you can head to Lara Beach, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in Antalya, where you will be able to relax and swim.
Day 6: Antalya Aquarium and Nightlife
Today, head to Antalya Aquarium and explore the many different exhibits, such as the world’s longest underwater tunnel and thousands of fish species displaying in their habitats. In the evening, enjoy Antalya’s vibrant and lively nightlife with its many bars, nightclubs, and restaurants.
Day 7: Last Day and Departure
Today is your last day in Antalya, so make sure to make the most of it. You can take a relaxing walk on the seaside, get some rest, or do some souvenir shopping to get something to remind you of your unforgettable 7-day trip to Antalya, Turkey.
