Trip to Marmaris, Turkey

Day 1: Arrival in Marmaris

Upon arrival at Marmaris Airport, you will be greeted by a private transfer to your hotel. After checking in and getting settled, take a walk around the beautiful city for some sightseeing. Explore the charming old town of Marmaris with its traditional Ottoman architecture, narrow streets lined with shops and cafes, and bustling local markets. You can also head out to the beach and enjoy the stunning views of the coastline and clear blue waters. In the evening, head to the harbor for a seafood dinner at one of the many waterfront restaurants.

Day 2: Discover the Old Town

Today, you’ll spend the entire day discovering the old town of Marmaris. Start with a visit to Marmaris Castle, which dates back to the 16th century. The castle offers a great view of the city and its surrounding landscapes. After, walk along the charming streets with souvenir shops, fruit stands and local cafes. Another delightful experience is to visit a Turkish bath where you will be pampered with a traditional Turkish massage and sauna. Finish the day at the harbor with a cup of Turkish tea and watch the boats go by.

Day 3: Marmaris Market and Beach Day

Today, you will go to the Marmaris Open-Air Market and lose yourself in the bustling crowds. The market is a wonderful display of local Turkish life with clothing, bags, textiles, and antique items. Later, head to Icmeler Beach which is one of the most popular spots. Take a dip in the crystal clear waters, or chill out on the sandy beach. In the evening, enjoy dinner in one of the many seafood restaurants along the seaside promenade.

Day 4: Dalyan and Mud Bath Experience

Take a day tour to the nearby town of Dalyan that is known for its stunning natural beauty. The tour will take you on a boat ride along the Dalyan River, passing through the delta where you will see the ancient tombs carved into the cliffs. You will also visit the mud baths of Dalyan, known for their therapeutic properties, and the rejuvenating hot springs. After the mud bath, relax in the mineral-rich water and explore the surrounding nature.

Day 5: Jeep Safari Adventure

Today is an adventurous day where you will go on a Jeep Safari through the rugged mountains of Marmaris. This is the best way to explore the countryside and escape the busy city. Enjoy some off-road driving through pine forests, creeks, and small villages. You will stop for lunch at a scenic spot and enjoy wonderful panoramic views. The tour ends with a swim in the cool waters of a waterfall.

Day 6: Water Sports Day

Spend the day indulged in water sports at one of the many beaches in the area. Head to Atlantis Waterpark, for some fun water rides and slides. You can also try your hand at jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, and snorkeling. Later, enjoy an evening out at one of the many bars and nightclubs in Marmaris for some fun and laid back nightlife.

Day 7: Departure

Today is your departure day, but you still have time to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out. Your private transfer will take you back to the airport in time for your return flight. Take some time to reflect on your amazing 7-day adventure filled with relaxation, adventure, and beauty.
