Day 7: Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet
Finish your trip with a visit to Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet, a historic industrial site that showcases Sheffield’s metalworking heritage. The hamlet was once a crucible steelworks, and you can see how steel was produced in the 18th and 19th centuries in the various workshops and mills.
